How usage works
No tokens and no credits. Here is what is included, what has a limit, and what other companies bill.
Included
Everyday chat, reminders, files, simple tasks and background tasks. Covered by fair use, so you never count messages.
Has a stated limit
Devices, call minutes, storage and app events a day. Each is a number you can see before you buy. At a limit, tasks pause with a clear message and nothing is charged without your approval.
Billed by others
Phone calls beyond your included minutes, phone numbers, SMS and outside AI services. You see the cost in your call balance. Emergency calls from Care are never limited.
Questions
Is CAL available now?
Not yet. CAL is in its waitlist phase and joining the waitlist is the only action available today. Prices here are launch estimates and may change. Nothing is billed.
What does “no tokens to run out” mean?
CAL does not charge by tokens or credits. You pay one flat price for your plan. The only limits are plain ones: devices, call minutes, storage and app events a day.
What does the Free plan include?
Free is a 7-day trial that gives you a limited set of everyday features on one device: chat with a daily limit, a few web searches a day, reminders, notes, and all accessibility features. It does not include WhatsApp, phone calls or always-on tasks.
Are phone calls included?
Personal includes 30 minutes a month, Executive 2 hours and Super 3 hours. A call in progress is never cut off when your minutes run out; new calls wait for next month or extra minutes from our call provider. Emergency calls in CAL Care never count against your minutes.
Can I add Care later?
Yes. Add CAL Care or CAL Kids to Personal or Executive at any time. CAL Care lets you take only the parts you need and choose how many people you care for. CAL Kids covers up to 2 children. Super includes CAL Care for 2 care profiles and CAL Kids for up to 2 children.
Is CAL Care a medical service?
No. CAL can alert your contacts based on the devices you connect. It is not a medical device and not a replacement for emergency services.
What if I use CAL a lot?
Everyday chat, reading, drafting, reminders and device control have no counter. Meeting hours, call minutes and transcription have clear monthly amounts. If heavy use reaches the fair-use ceiling, CAL moves heavy work to its built-in model, with lower quality, instead of stopping.

What happens when I press “Get” on a plan?
You go to a short page where you can review the plan, add CAL Care if you want it, and add yourself to the waitlist with your choices. Nothing is billed.
What does “Contact Sales” do?
It opens our contact page so we can scope Enterprise needs with you.
